What the service covers
Yacht condition assessment
Initial technical survey, followed by periodic condition reviews to establish priorities and track the yacht’s technical status.
Long-term maintenance & refit planning
Preliminary 5–10-year planning to coordinate major maintenance and refits with charter and cruising schedules, including budget visibility.
Yard supervision & project management
Yard supervision and, when required, on-site project management to organise, coordinate and follow maintenance works and refits.
Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
Review of the existing PMS and/or implementation of a customised PMS and software solution, with continuous monitoring.
Yard specifications & refit budgets
Structured forms and procedures to collect technical data and develop professional yard specifications and refit budgets.
Technical support, Class & Flag surveys
Support for maintenance schedules and technical defects, plus coordination of Class and Flag surveys with refit works and charter commitments.
EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE SERVICE
MLC Yachting Monaco was founded by Marco Lo Cicero, whose maritime career began in 1998. This broad onboard and shore-based experience supports a practical understanding of yacht operations, technical maintenance and client requirements.
